A: Two of the workouts are bodyweight only. Two require a pair of dumbbells (adjustable or 5–15 lbs recommended).
Q: Will this work for beginners?
A: Yes! The workouts are beginner-friendly and designed to help you build consistency, no matter your starting point. Modifications are provided for many of the exercises.
Q: Can I get a refund if I don’t like the Blueprint workouts?
